Conductive Masterbatch For Polymers is a compound formulated with carbon black, carbon nanotubes or graphene to meet ESD protection requirements and achieve electrostatic discharge. The conductive filler of carbon black conductive masterbatch is carbon black, which is one of the most widely used functional fillers for ESD plastics, and it always provides conductivity to conductive masterbatch for ESD protection. Carbon black can also be used as a medium-low-cost pigment to produce various shades of black on the final product, which can be combined with a variety of carrier resins such as ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, POM, PC and PA to produce conductive compounds. Carbon nanotube-based masterbatch and graphene-based conductive masterbatch can be used in high-purity applications and have little effect on shrinkage or mechanical properties compared to carbon black-based conductive masterbatch. Carbon nanotubes are hollow structures composed of graphene cylinders of carbon atoms capped at both ends. Carbon nanotube-based and graphene-based masterbatches provide low surface resistivity at very low loading levels.

HIPS ABS Sheet Conductive Masterbatch

The conductive masterbatch is based on polystyrene resin as a carrier, with carbon black and carbon nanotubes, which can provide ideal electrostatic discharge protection, with an SR of 10E2-10E4 Ohms/sq. This conductive masterbatch is based on PP resin as a carrier and with carbon black to prevent the polymer from decomposing during molding or extrusion. This masterbatch provides ideal electrostatic discharge protection with an SR of 10E2 – 10E6 ohms/sq. The decay rate of this masterbatch is measured in nanoseconds, which is sufficient to provide a grounding path and release a stronger charge. This conductive masterbatch is suitable for extrusion processing and manufacturing of ESD PP sheets.

PC-specific conductive masterbatch
