Using polyethylene as the base resin, imported super conductive carbon black as the functional additive, through the good dispersion of the homemade dispersant, and through mixing and melt granulation. It is easy to use, simple, and pollution-free, with good dispersibility and fluidity, good clean production efficiency, and effectively overcomes the shortcomings of adding flame retardant powder. This product has good conductive properties, and its surface resistivity is less than 1×10²Ω. It is the preferred material for products with conductive requirements such as mining rubber and plastic products and electronic packaging. The masterbatch has good processing performance, high mechanical strength, and low sag characteristics. It is an excellent conductive additive masterbatch with a long-term conductive effect.
